Others may take the cheap way. If you’re looking for quality at an affordable price, the DVM-194-HDS is definitely the right choice. It switches up to four HDMI picture sources to two HDMI outputs and is fully integrable into your network environment. This enables the complete automation via the media control or the DVM-194-AF’s interactive connection panel. Of course, the device can also be operated directly via LED-equipped push-buttons. Alternatively you can use the Auto Sense mode.

As the perfect complement we have integrated an HDBaseT module – parallel to the second HDMI output. It tunnels the LAN signal from the DVM-194-HDS as well as the RS232 and infrared commands, which are programmable via the media control, over cable lengths of up to 100 m / 328 ft. and at the same time supplies the connected receiver with power. This enables to control the connected beamer or display through the DVM-19/4 network.

The audio signal is extracted from the HDMI data stream and passed on in digital format to the S/PDIF output.
