Easy assembly without crimping tool!

The new HICON-BNC0.8/3.7-6G-SM connector uses a new revolutionary plug system which extremely simplifies the assembly of BNC and RG cables. You no longer need an extra bulky crimping tool, but simply mount the connector by hand or with the help of two wrenches (size 12mm and 13mm) to a video cable 0.8/3.7 (e.g. SOMMER CABLE VECTOR 600-0162)! The HICON BNC connector BNC0.8/3.7-6G-SM transmits the 3G and 6G video standard.

1. Pull the end cap over the cable sheath
2. Strip the cable with a stripping tool (e.g. WAAl) or a sharp knife
3. Remove the protruding strands of the braid ed shielding
4. Push the cable into the connector up to the insulation so that the crimp foot slides under the shielding or sheath at the same time
5. Close the end cap by turning it clockwise until it clicks into position
6. Depending on the shielding coverage, the end cap can be locked by hand or with additional 12mm and 13mm wrenches
